Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA)



Physical Fitness Assessment
The physical fitness assessment is not to be confused with the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT).  The APFT must be passed at the end of Basic Training, whereas, the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) is a test that you have to pass before going to Basic Training.  The standards are listed below.



Males
Push Ups: 13
Sit Ups: 17
Run: 8:30


Females
Push Ups: 3
Sit Ups: 17
Run: 10:30
